Natural product obtained from the firing of limestone "with a degree of purity >98% in Calcium Carbonate" in handcrafted kilns, using as biomass fuels. This firing process lasts for 4 to 5 consecutive days, reaching 900ºC to 1000ºC. After completion, it rests for 2 to 3 days inside the oven in order to cool and allow its handling. It is removed from the oven and stored in a totally air- and humidity-tight tank in order to keep it completely intact.
